Standard room instead of deluxe room no condiments even in room with electrical points working no facilities eg hair oil was provided despite mentioning in room no water available for bathing in the morning; didn't respond to multiple calls; got late coz of late water supply by more than 1. 5 hrs whole night was disturbed for terrible cats' sounds not convenient, leave aside a pleasant stay.

Not so good. It's quite old property rooms need renovation. Experience of stay was not good at all. But staff is very supportive and behaviour is good. They maintain cleanliness. Price is not high though

The hotel is a sort of bungalow not a proper hotel. The interior is very basic, the washroom was not that clean. Breakfast is not included. The location is very congested but near the hazrat nizamuddin station. That is a plus for a very short stay. This is an average homestay type accommodation. We stayed 1 day only.

I recently stayed at hotel kabli in jangpura, new delhi, for one night, and here’s my detailed feedback on various aspects of the stay: location: the hotel’s location is convenient, especially for travelers arriving at new delhi railway station. Its accessibility adds value for those looking for a centrally situated stay. Rooms: we booked a deluxe room, and while it was functional, it felt fairly basic. The presence of black ants in the room was a drawback, although we managed. Improving pest control measures would significantly enhance the overall experience. Amenities: the availability of amenities was a mixed bag. While the service number was always reachable and the check-in/check-out process was smooth, the lack of round-the-clock availability of simple services like tea and snacks was disappointing. Having tea and light snacks available, especially during evening hours, would greatly improve guest satisfaction. Food: the limited availability of food services, particularly during off-hours, was noticeable. Adding a small menu of all-day items such as sandwiches, tea, and snacks would cater better to guest needs and elevate the overall dining experience. Safety and hygiene: the overall safety and hygiene standards were decent, but there’s room for improvement in maintaining cleanliness within the rooms, especially concerning pest control. Staff: the staff was polite and responsive, and their readiness to assist via the service number added to the convenience. Overall experience: our stay at hotel kabli was satisfactory but left room for improvement. With better attention to pest control, expanded food services, and minor upgrades to room amenities, the hotel could offer a much better experience. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Ensure rooms are thoroughly inspected and treated for pests before guest check-ins. 2. Expand food and beverage options to include round-the-clock availability of tea and light snacks. 3. Consider minor room upgrades to enhance the comfort and appeal of deluxe accommodations. With a few adjustments, hotel kabli has the potential to stand out as a more welcoming and enjoyable stay option in jangpura.

I had a great stay at hotel kabli, the host (mr. Inder kabli) was really warm and treated all the guests with utmost care. Also, the hotel room was really clean, tidy and well maintained.
